Welcome and thanks so much for visiting my Substack. I’m Heather Lynch (and this is my dog Albie).

My vision is to be part of creating a conscious transition to a regenerative future where people live in harmony with themselves, others, and nature.

My mission is to empower more people to feel agency in making positive changes and to live authentically while doing so. I support individuals committed to making a positive impact, helping them find fulfillment, peace, and empowerment along the way to keep doing the impact work they want, whilst remaining inspired, joyful and authentic.

I’ve worked in international development and sustainability in consultancies and businesses for the last 10 years. I am now a coach, facilitator and speaker, working with those making positive change in the world. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, systemic awareness and regeneration.

I am involved in my local climate action group and organise climate cafes and people, planet, pint events. I love birds and nature, hiking, open water swimming, dancing, anything mindful based, learning about consciousness and regenerative thinking and hanging out with my dog, nieces and nephews, family and friends.

You can also follow me on Linkedin where I post more regularly.

I host monthly mindful nature walks in Surrey called Conscious Changemakers Walks.

I host a podcast called On Becoming the Change which is all about inner transformation for systemic change, find the episodes here on my substack.
